I've already had around 5 crashes in 7hrs of play to I'll update this thread if the crashes return at a later date.ĬAVEATS: I wasn't able to replicate the exact issue after finding the forum post as the game crashed before the battle rather than after victory as before. I'm writing this just after having solved the issue so I can't say whether the fix will last long term. I used a console command to force a victory, and.SUCCESS! The game did not crash. Then i set grass to the lowest setting (slider all the way to the left) and textures to the medium setting (slider in the middle) and tried again. I recreated the issue on the same battle/map (though the crash was before the battle this time). I found this advice on an old forum post: 'In graphic setting you have to set grass settings to low and set texture at medium and after doing that you have to check whether you are facing same problem or not. Went looking for info, tried some fixes, didn't work.
Had the game crash on me twice on victory after the same battle on the same map (Bog map in Dorset I think). If you're reading this you know the drill.
